Clarity Through Chaos
We separate what's urgent from what's important, what's fear from what's intuition, and what's yours to carry from what's not.
The deeper view
Helping physicians move through transition with clarity, courage, and space.
Every meaningful change in your life is a transition. And transitions, not the destinations, are where the most important growth happens.
What coaching is
Most people expect a coach to give them advice, a roadmap, a plan. That's teaching, and teaching has its place. But life coaching is something different.
You have spent your entire career being trained, evaluated, instructed, and told what the right answer is. What you may not have had much practice with is trusting your own inner knowing.
Many physicians who find their way to coaching are not just burned out. They are experiencing moral injury, the psychological damage that accumulates when you are repeatedly forced to work in a system that is designed for profit, against your values and do more work in a day than there are hours to do them.
Burnout is a symptom of overwork. Moral injury is a wound to the soul. Both can heal.
A coach does not give you the answer. A coach creates the conditions for you to find it yourself through careful questions, deep listening, and honest reflection.
What happens when someone truly listens to you, not to diagnose or advise, but to help you hear yourself more clearly? Often, the answer you have been searching for has been there all along.
How we can work together
I meet you where you are. I help you identify your own goals and find your own path toward them. Every area of your life is welcome here: career, relationships, health, identity, finances, grief, joy, and everything in between.
We separate what's urgent from what's important, what's fear from what's intuition, and what's yours to carry from what's not.
Know your market value, know what to negotiate, and know how to have those conversations, whether it's your first contract or your fifth.
Design a life rich in time, financial freedom, meaningful relationships, and deep purpose, built around what matters most to you.
Burnout is not a character flaw. We address the root causes and build something sustainable, not just manageable.
Rachel left her W2 and built a full-time telemedicine practice with more autonomy, flexibility, and freedom. She knows what it takes.
Your career, relationships, health, and identity are not separate. We work on all of it, because all of it matters.
