Information you provide to us. When you sign up for a resource, join our email list, or book a session, we may collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, country, whether you are an MD or DO, and any other information you choose to share with us (including through our contact forms or during a coaching session).
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to collect certain information automatically, such as your device type, browser, pages viewed, and how you arrived at and interact with our site. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us understand website traffic and deliver and measure advertising.
How we use your information
- To provide the resources, coaching, and services you request;
- To communicate with you, including sending emails you have opted in to receive;
- To schedule and manage coaching sessions;
- To operate, maintain, and improve our website and offerings;
- To advertise our services and measure the performance of that advertising, including showing relevant ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram; and

We share information only with trusted third-party service providers who process it on our behalf so we can operate our business, including: Kit (ConvertKit) for email and list management; Acuity Scheduling for booking; Meta (Facebook) for advertising and analytics; and our website host. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
Governing law
Physician Reimagined, LLC is based in Wisconsin, and this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
