Physician-to-physician coaching

Navigate what comes next.

Career changes. Entrepreneurship. Relationship shifts. Burnout. Self-care. A private space to sort through the full picture and choose what comes next.

Life's transitions

The life you trained for and built may not be the life you want now.

You can look successful and happy from the outside and still feel stuck, exhausted, unhappy, unfulfilled, and know something has to change. You do not have to arrive with the situation neatly labeled. Coaching can help you unravel your mind, and create the clarity, courage, and space to sort through the full picture and choose what comes next.

Training to attending

Choosing jobs, negotiating contracts, protecting your financial future, and deciding what kind of physician life you actually want.

Redesigning the W2

Changing jobs, changing the role you have, or making the current one more tolerable.

Going independent

Exploring solo practice, telemedicine, independent contractor work, or income streams beyond traditional employment.

Relationship shifts

Challenges with marriage, divorce, parenting, extended family, colleagues and other relationships that move when you start moving differently.

Burnout and moral injury

When medicine still matters to you, but the system has asked you to practice against your values for too long.

Purpose, pleasure & self-care

Reclaiming joy, travel, family time, personal goals, health, and wellness — the parts of life that got postponed while you were being responsible.

Every area of your life is welcome here.

How we can work together

One-on-one coaching for the whole person.

The evidence

Physician coaching is evidence-based.

Physician-to-physician coaching has net positive outcomes. Eight randomized controlled trials show measurable benefits for physicians, with meaningful change appearing in as few as six sessions and lasting over time.

Meet Dr. Rachel Quinn

She has lived the transitions she coaches.

Rachel has practiced medicine for more than 22 years. She knows the difficult schedule, the inbox that follows you on vacation, and the reality of practicing medicine inside a system designed around profit rather than patients — where metrics mattered more than relationships.

She also knows what it takes to choose differently — not just in her career, but in her life. As a mother who has navigated divorce and rebuilt from the ground up, she understands that the hardest transitions are rarely only professional. She built a full-time telemedicine practice, stepped into leadership, and redesigned her life. She works fewer hours and has more time for family and self-care, makes significantly more than she did in her W2, has complete control over her schedule, has visited 17 National Parks, and takes three-week trips without having to ask permission. She has the freedom and autonomy to adjust her work around her life rather than the other way around. Today she practices on her own terms: patient-centered, often beyond the corporate insurance-based model, and built around access to affordable, meaningful care.
